Counter-Notification Process

  • Identification of Removed Material: A description of the material that was removed or disabled and its location on driftlane.com before removal.

  • Statement of Mistake: A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification.

  • Your Contact Information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

  • Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or any judicial district if your address is outside the U.S.), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original takedown notice.

Submit your counter-notification to dmca@driftlane.com (mailto:dmca@driftlane.com). Upon receipt, we will forward it to the original claimant and follow DMCA procedures for potential reinstatement of the content.


Compliance with DMCA

Driftlane takes copyright infringement seriously. We reserve the right to:

  • Remove or disable access to content that we believe, in good faith, infringes on copyrights.

  • Terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers, in accordance with our policies and the DMCA.
