Driftlane provides a Creative Agency as a Service (CAAS) platform connecting businesses with US-based creatives for services like branding, web design, motion design, copywriting, and more. Access is subscription-based, and use must comply with these Terms and applicable laws.
2. Subscription and Billing
2.1 Plans: Subscribe to a monthly or annual plan. Fees are non-refundable except as stated herein.
2.2 Payment: You authorize us to charge your payment method at the start of each billing cycle.
2.3 Cancellation: Cancel anytime by emailing [email protected] (mailto:[email protected]). Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; no partial refunds apply.
2.4 Pause: Pause your subscription for up to 3 months with 7 days’ notice. Credits roll over. Email [email protected] (mailto:[email protected]) to pause or resume.
3. User Accounts and Responsibilities
3.1 Accounts: You must create an account and keep credentials confidential. You’re responsible for all account activity.
3.2 Accuracy: Provide accurate info when registering or submitting projects.
3.3 Roles: Admins manage billing and teams; Users submit requests. Adjust roles in your dashboard.
3.4 Conduct: You agree not to:
Use the Services illegally.
Disrupt, reverse-engineer, or scrape the Services.
Upload harmful or infringing content.
Misrepresent your identity.
4. Project Requests and Deliverables
4.1 Submission: Provide clear project details. Delays may occur if instructions are incomplete.
4.2 Management: A Project Manager will oversee your work and communicate timelines.
4.3 Deliverables: You get up to two revision rounds per project (extra fees may apply beyond that).
4.4 Timing: Standard delivery is 48 hours; rush projects take 12-24 hours, subject to complexity.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Deliverables: You own final deliverables upon full payment.
5.2 Our Rights: We retain ownership of pre-existing tools, templates, and methodologies.
5.3 License: You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use your materials solely to provide the Services.
6. Confidentiality
6.1 Our Duty: We’ll keep your project info confidential, sharing it only as needed to deliver Services or comply with law.
6.2 Your Duty: Don’t share our proprietary info (e.g., processes, pricing) without our written consent.
7. Termination
7.1 By You: Email [email protected] (mailto:[email protected]) to terminate. Access ends at your billing period’s close.
7.2 By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for:
Breaching these Terms.
Non-payment.
Illegal use.
Prolonged inactivity.
7.3 After Termination: Credits are forfeited; project data may be deleted after 90 days unless requested.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We don’t guarantee they’ll be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a specific purpose. No implied warranties apply.
9. Limitation of Liability
We’re not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits). Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months.
