Driftlane is looking for passionate and skilled individuals to join our in-house/remote team. Whether you’re experienced creative/graphic designer, copywriter, or project manager, you’ll work alongside a talented crew in a supportive, flexible environment. We’re looking for people who bring creativity, collaboration, and a willingness to learn.
You’ll use React, Node.js, and MongoDB to write efficient, reusable code, team up with designers and product managers, and boost performance. A bachelor’s in Computer Science, experience with front-end and back-end technologies, and a passion for problem-solving are must-haves.
As a Software Engineer at Driftlane, you’ll develop and maintain our platform’s core features with clean Python or Java code. You’ll work with product and design teams to ensure scalability and reliability, requiring a bachelor’s in Computer Science, database experience, and familiarity with version control. Cloud platform skills are a plus.
We’re seeking a DevOps Engineer to oversee Driftlane’s cloud infrastructure on AWS or Azure, automate deployments, and keep our platform secure and scalable. You’ll use Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines while collaborating with developers, needing a bachelor’s in Computer Science and automation tool experience.
Join us as a Data Scientist to analyze large datasets and enhance Driftlane’s platform and user experience with machine learning models. You’ll partner with product teams and share insights, requiring a bachelor’s in Computer Science or Statistics, Python or R skills, and strong analytics. Cloud experience is a bonus.
As a Member of Technical Staff, you’ll guide Driftlane’s technical strategy, tackle complex challenges, and mentor engineers while designing scalable systems. A bachelor’s in Computer Science, technical role experience, and leadership skills are required, with AI or DevOps expertise as an advantage.
